Fizz and Fire FAQ's

Planning your special day can be overwhelming at times and you may have lots of questions that you want to know the answers to.
We have complied our top FAQ’s about the Fizz and Fire service.

Can we tailor the menu?  For example, we love the Mexican menu but we don’t like the salmon, would we be able to swap this for something else? 

Whilst the quality of our food is paramount, we also pride ourselves on the presentation of each course, right down to the finest detail.All our suggestions are bespoke in nature and can therefore be adapted to suit personal taste preferences.

Can you cater for special dietary requirements? 

Yes of course, not a problem at all. We can discuss this all at our consultation.

Will I get to taste the food before my wedding? 

Absolutely, you are welcome to come along and sample your chosen menu at the price quoted on the brochure.

When do I have to decide on the final menu?

We ask that you decide 6 weeks before your wedding date when your final balance and details are due.

Do you have a bar service?

Yes of course!We have a fantastic selection for your reception, meal and toast.

We can also provide a fully licensed bar with an extensive wine list and the option of cocktails, artisan gins & craft beers for something a little special.

Can we provide our own alcohol?

You are more than welcome to provide your own drinks for reception, tables & toast (including table waters and soft drink alternatives);we will happily provide glassware, service staff, refrigeration, bottle disposal and ice/bar fruit.

Our corkage charge is valid for the following quantities:

3 Drinks per guest for Reception Drinks

1⁄2 Bottle of wine per guest with the Wedding Breakfast

1 Glass of bubbles to Toast

Minimum of 6 Bottles of Mineral Water per person

Selection of soft drink alternatives

This facility will end after your wedding breakfast,at which point your guests can purchase drinks from our well-stocked bar.

 Can you help with planning? 

Yes, we pride ourselves on making every wedding magical, with creative and personal touches tailored to your party requirements. Our awesome team of event planners, caterers and chefs are here to take the stress out of your wedding planning.

We’ll discuss your wedding plans in detail, and you can leave as much – or as little – of the organisation to us as you feel comfortable with.

Can your team dress the tables?

We work with fantastic florists and venue stylists to give this finishing touch. On consultation, we can talk all of this through.

Can we choose different colours of linen/styles of cutlery and crockery? Do we have to pay extra? 

We have a fabulous range of upgraded crockery, cutlery, glassware & linens please ask your event manager for further information.
